Polzeath has the main surfing beach of the area, where the Atlantic rollers break over the sand and wash it clean twice a day, and the back of the beach is raked early every morning. |
Trebetherick has a great beach for families and it is also popular with surfers. A favourite place of Poet Laureate John Betjeman from childhood and through his adult years. |
